Planning Your Project
|
- Do you have
references?
- Yes, references are available
upon request.
- How do I plan
for a masonry project, and What is your
typical process for a masonry project?
- Every project follows a
similar process as outlined below:
- Design
- In order to give an
estimate we must have an idea of the size,
shape, materials, location, and timetable
for the project.
- Don't worry, if you
don't know exactly what you want or what is
available to work with, we can help you!
- We can bring samples
and brochures to you or for a more complete
list you can visit Our Vendors
to pick them out yourself.
- Estimate
- Once you have a general
design and scope of work outlined we will
figure and write up a detailed estimate for
you, free of charge. Our estimates include
everything from start to finish, including
any tax, unless something is changed midway
through the project.
- Set a Start Date
- If you decide to use
Lehner Masonry as your contractor, together
we will set an approximate start date and
answer anymore questions you might have.
- Site Preparation
- Removal of existing
driveways, patios, etc... and disposal
- Dig out and install
new base
- Grade new work for
proper drainage
- Installation
- This is the day you
have been waiting for, your project begins
to look less like a big mess and more like
the driveway, patio, etc... that you had envisioned. We
are now installing the material you chose
for the project, and final completion is in
sight.
- Final Payment
- On the same day we
complete your project, final payment is expected.
- What are
the payment options and when do I pay?
- You can pay by cash, check,
money order, or Visa/ MasterCard/ bank withdrawal
via Pay-Pal online payment systems.
- For typical projects half
down is required when we start a project, and the
other half when it is finished.
- For large projects or projects
which will continue for an extended period of time,
special payment arrangements will need to be made.
- Where can I
see product samples for my project?
- We can bring samples and
brochures to you or for a more complete list you can
visit Our Vendors to pick
them out yourself.
